On this page you will find the temporary or final mixes for each Shared
ZOM loops. To download separate sounds, you must either go on the
author's subpage (e.g. z, papaours, ...), or go on the mix's individual
subpage to know what it is composed of.
Please come and join the adventure! Each sound you will send will be
considered part of the experiment, and won't be used for other purpose (except if you desire... ;-) ). You naturally keep the
authorship of your sounds!
Bass grooves 1-12 are played on my favored tremoloed Warwick Fortress 4
stringer, grooves 13-24 are on my Leduc 4 warm sounding analog beast,
from 25 to 36 on my Wal 5 freaky eq machine, from 37 to 48 my 6
stringer Thumb bolt-on Warwick, 49 to 60 on my first serious bass, the
Washburn Bantam Headless 4 stringer, from 61 on using my acoustic Lark
In The Morning 4 stringer with no internal electronics... and we'll see
next...

The Shared Z O Matic grooves are a new experimental experiment in
experimental groove in order to share some sounds and music with fellow
musicians around the Web. All these sounds will also be nice lines for others to work their instruments on!
Any musician who is willing to participate
can download these daily grooves (starting first of January 2004), loop
them on their favorite software or machine, and send back some other
loop in the form of a 256Kb/s stereo mp3 file (or 128Kb/s mono mp3
file, preferred), or even in a raw aiff format 44.1KHz (or mpeg4/AAC). Please use the contact form to get hold of me! Each groover will offer these to others on an
individual page.
This is not only a fun composition project, but a nice exercise too! Hope I won't be alone on this try! 
- listen my bass grooves on the z page shazoms (my grooves' page)
- save the day's groove
- loop the groove sound on an audio software (e.g. Logic Audio, ProTools, Cubase, GarageBand, ...)
- record your instrument on another track, until it grooves
- save your groove loop alone
- save the mix if desired
- send me both (or more) in mp3 (see details below)
- i'll do what's left ;-)

Don't worry, sometimes I record my grooves but don't have the time to
upload them, but they will once in a while. Usually every day.
